Terms of Service

Services are provided following an agreed on-site estimate and scheduled appointment. Weather-related rescheduling may occur. We do not perform licensed work (electrical, gas, plumbing, roofing, HVAC).

Client provides safe access to the property. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service to the extent permitted by law.
